Cost & Info

I charge R450 for individual sessions and R550 for couple sessions. I also offer student discounts and some packages, so please see my session rates for more information. 

I work from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If you aren't available during those times, I offer after hours and weekend sessions upon request.

Drop me an email or fill out the contact form and I'll get back to you to schedule a 15 minute complimentary phone consultation. This is a chance for us to chat about your needs and my approach. From there, we can book your first session where we will get to know each other and dive into your goals and concerns, navigating how I can help you, going at your pace.

I don't just listen; I offer empathetic engagement, asking thoughtful questions and providing practical tools. When you're ready to begin, we'll meet online as often as feels right for you. I am also quite an interactive counsellor so we will be working together to navigate your concerns. Your sessions will always move at your pace, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

We will connect via Google Meet through a link I will provide well in advance. It will be just like an in-person session, but from the privacy and comfort of your own space.

To secure your booking, full payment via EFT is required 24 hours before your scheduled session, with proof of payment sent to me. Bank details will be provided on your invoice. Please note: as a Specialist Wellness Counsellors, I am currently unable to accept medical aid. Payments are accepted via EFT only.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the payment made for that session will not be refunded. If you are a no-show, the payment made for that session will not be refunded.
