A Little About Me

So Why Sexual Wellbeing?

Honestly... I didn't plan it. It found me. I kept meeting people who were carrying shame, anxiety, or confusion about something they'd never been allowed to talk openly about. Their bodies. Their desires. Things that happened to them. Things they wanted but were afraid to say out loud.

And I realised... there's a conversation most of us never learn to have.

We learn about sex in life science. We learn about relationships from movies and social media. But nobody teaches us how to feel at home in our own body. How to separate desire from shame. How to say what we want without fear.

So I made space for it.

Not a clinical room with a couch and a clipboard. Just a warm, honest conversation at your pace, with zero pressure, in the comfort of your own home.

You don't need a crisis to show up here. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to be curious.

More About Me...

I'm a Specialist Wellness Counsellor (ASCHP SWC25/17186), a painter, and a proud dog mom. When I'm not in sessions, you'll likely find me spending time with my partner and my two miniature schnauzers, going to the gym, reading fantasy (most probably Sarah J. Maas novels!) or taking my daily afternoon walk. I love Joko tea, watching F1 (team McLaren!) and the colour pink!

Here's a little secret: I'm in counselling too! I genuinely believe that to truly walk alongside you on your journey, I need to be walking my own path of growth.

My big belief: you're the absolute expert of your own story, and for you to really lean into that, feeling safe and seen with your counsellor is key. That's why I'm open about who I am and what I stand for. At my core, I believe you are already whole and capable, so my role isn't to 'fix' you, but to collaborate with you to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. I believe that growth is always happening, even in the messy middle.
