Chronic Illness & Pain

Living with Chronic illness or pain affects so much more than your body. It quietly wears on your mind, your energy, your confidence, and even your sense of who you are. You might look "fine" to everyone else, while inside you're managing exhaustion, frustration, and the weight of carrying something no one else can see. It's a lot, and you're not meant to hold it all by yourself.

I am here to support the emotional side of what you're going through. We won't pretend the pain doesn't exist, and we won't try to fight your body. Instead, we gently create space for you to make sense of your experience, reconnect with your identity, and build a life guided by what matters most to you. You don't have to keep doing this alone.

Key Emotional Challenges:

I offer support focused on the key emotional challenges that come with persistent health issues:

   - Grief and Identity

   - Pain Related Anxiety

   - Nervous System Regulation

   - Emotional Burnout

   - Isolation

Our work together is grounded in these core principles:

A Safe Space to Just Be:

   - This is your non-judgmental zone.

   - I show up with full empathy so you can safely and honestly unload all your hardest feelings—

your grief, your anger, and your fears—knowing you will be completely heard and validated.

Stop Fighting, Start Living:
  - We focus on helping you stop wasting energy struggling against the pain and discomfort.

   - Instead, we commit that energy to building a life that truly aligns with your core values.

Your Body's 'Reset Button':
  - We use specific, easy breathing, grounding, and soothing techniques to turn down the

     volume on your nervous system.

   - This helps your body shift out of its high-alert state (the "fight or flight" response), making

you feel safer and less reactive.
